This small manual was first issued in 1917 as a part of the campaign against cancer in Saxony. The present second edition has been revised by a committee including prominent names from the University clinics in Dresden and Leipzig. The book has been written for the general practitioner upon whom the success of any campaign for the early recognition of cancer depends. It should be of great assistance to him.
