Because of the recent interest in the syndrome of the short P-R interval associated with a prolonged QRS complex, without organic heart disease (Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome), as evinced by the publication of several articles on this subject in the past two years, it is desired to add four other cases to the rapidly growing list of reports. In accordance with the sex predominance previously reported1 all of these have occurred in healthy, young male subjects.
