Dr. Donald Munro is an expert on the treatment of injury to the spinal cord. In this book the 115 page section devoted to spinal cord injury is well organized, well written and authoritative. That portion of the text concerned with craniocerebral trauma is concise and quite readable; but much abbreviated, often at the expense of accuracy. Some of the therapeutic recommendations would not be accepted outside the author's own clinic, as Dr. Munro himself suggests in the Preface.
