This paper is the third of a series of analyses on the frequency, distribution and mortality of patients with neoplastic disease of the lymphatic and hematopoietic tissues seen at the University of California Hospital during the period 1913 to 1948. The reports on granulocytic leukemia and on lymphocytic leukemia have been published,1, 2 and a report on Hodgkin's disease is in preparation.
The specific purposes of the present study on lymphosarcoma are the same as those stated in previous reports: (1) to analyze statistics relative to age at onset, sex, duration of illness and mortality of patients with lymphosarcoma; (2)
