This book outlines in considerable detail the surgical approach to carcinoma of the cervix, primary and recurrent. The 13 chapters contain the writings of 23 contributors. The introduction deals with a historical review of the subject as well as a summary of the contemporary beliefs in regard to treatment. The first three chapters are devoted entirely to pelvic anatomy with particular emphasis on the lymph channels and nodes of the pelvis.
