Conducted under a grant to The American College of Physicians by the Division of Hospital and Medical Facilities, Department of Health, Education and Welfare, Washington, D. C.
This study began in 1956 with the appointment of the Committee by the Regents of The American College of Physicians. The work of the Committee under its original Director, Dr. M. A.
