Ruth Graham, as a most competent, distinguished disciple of Dr. Papanicolaou, is known in cytology for her devotion to the art, her ability to impart knowledge to others, and as one who was the foremost proponent in the Vincent Memorial Hospital laboratory group for utilizing the newer knowledge in cytology shortly after its American debut in 1942. From that association and after 6 years of experience was born a necessary book in the field in 1950; co-authored by many, but essentially an exhibition of the skill of Ruth Graham.
