Combine the superb anatomical illustrations of vascular rings in the Mayo Clinic's collection of congenital cardiovascular anomalies with superb radiographs of the subjects during life in an embryologically logical, lucid, and easily readable manner, and this unique atlas by Drs. Stewart, Kincaid, and Edwards is the result.
Although relatively few angiograms are available in this book, their absence does not significantly detract from its usefulness to pediatricians, cardiologists, thoracic surgeons, bronchologists, radiologists, or pathologists because of the brilliance of the anatomic, radiographic, and line drawing illustrations that form the major portion of the atlas.
