To the Editor: Since the preparation of the manuscript entitled, "Psychological Studies of Adult Male Patients with Sexual Infantilism Before and After Androgen Therapy," which was published in the August issue of the ANNALS, we have followed an additional six patients (ages 17-25); a total of 14 in our series. From our briefer observations of these last six indivduals on replacement therapy, it appears that they have better potential for psychologic adjustment to the changes induced than had most of the eight patients reported in the paper.
