Three British laboratory workers of experience and competence have banded together to write this slender volume on virological technique. They have succeeded admirably in presenting a great deal of essential information, together with many helpful hints drawn from their own long practice. Technical procedures are described in complete detail, so that any laboratory worker possessing only solid basic knowledge but no experience in virology can readily follow their directions.
One obvious difficulty for American readers is the listing of British sources for equipment and supplies only and the use of British trade names.
