The Princeton conferences have proved to be an excellent source of current information concerning clinical and experimental aspects of cerebrovascular disease. The 1964 meeting, the fourth in 10 years, assembled about three score neurologists, internists, vascular surgeons, radiologists, and physiologists who have been active in the field. A large number of short papers are presented in this Transactions, followed by the queries and discussion engendered by them. The opening group of papers deals with angiographic techniques including cinefluorography, subtraction techniques, and complications of angiography.
