The Oxford University Press has initiated a set of monographs on medical genetics; the second of this series is The Genetics of Gastro-Intestinal Disorders by R. B. McConnell. The monographs are designed to be handbooks that succinctly cover the known genetic mechanisms operative in specific disorders. The Genetics of Neurological Disorders, The Genetics of Mental Disorders, and The Genetics of Locomotor Disorders are scheduled to appear in the near future.
