To the Editor: I am writing to commend you on the publishing of the editorial by William W. Engstrom, M.D., in the March 1967 ANNALS OF INTERNAL MEDICINE.
In a few pages, Dr. Engstrom in characteristic thoroughness has analyzed the symptoms, gathered data, and come up with a diagnosis. Every physician should read this editorial. It is important to note that he acknowledges the fact that everything is not entirely perfect in our training methods and in our method of delivering medical care.
