Nine chapters with 1,277 references and a 5-page, color-plate atlas make up this text concerned with regional dermatology. The chapter headings attempt to group conditions on the basis of their occurrence on the palms, or soles, or both, in association with involvement of adjacent tissues. Of necessity, most dermatologic conditions had to be included. Separate chapters on pigmentary abnormalities in man, sweating abnormalities in man, and keratotic abnormalities of the foot pads of animals are given.
