This compilation does not provide a summary of knowledge about Hodgkin's disease but is a collection of individual articles about Hodgkin's disease expressing a series of individual points of view. The lack of editing, acknowledged by the authors as a certain amount of "overlap between the chapters," allows for an inordinate amount of repetition and conflict of data. In the last chapter, written by the authors, this is most apparent as history, incidence, pathology, and radiation therapy are repeated again. Some of their specific clinical advice is not sound.
