This eighth volume in the series of monographs, Major Problems in Clinical Surgery, contains discussions of benign, premalignant, and malignant lesions of the colon and anal area plus a section composed of 24 excellent color plates. There are many other illustrations throughout the book, and often proctoscopic, radiographic, and pathologic findings are grouped together for ready correlation.
