Again and again physicians ask us how to keep aware of current literature pertinent to their interests. They have a formidable task; they know it, we know it.
Their pursuit of current and useful fact and opinion in journal literature might run down these roads.
They can subscribe to and scan a handful of major journals for pertinent articles and editorials. Having found these, they can read them and entrust the contents to that pudding-like memory bank called the brain. A safer method is to jot down citations on cards or rip out the worthy articles and file them.
