This monograph series covering topics in virology was recently initiated; the topics are covered in detail, and the series has been well received by workers in a rapidly growing field. Dr. Hoyle's book is the fourth in the series, and the biologic, morphologic, biochemical aspects of the influenza viruses have been meticulously reviewed.
