It becomes increasingly difficult for the physician to find significant, pertinent, informative works in the rapidly expanding body of medical writing. The authors have directed the current offering to the neophyte, the "non-cardiologist who . . . may be non-plussed by the burgeoning literature." Their effort has furthered burgeoned the literature but will offer little relief to the "non-cardiologist."
