A patient with bilateral orbital pseudotumor and bilateral cavitary pulmonary lesions is reported. This patient was considered to have the limited form of Wegener's granulomatosis that has been described recently, and his 15-year survival with this disease when last seen is unequaled in the literature. Orbital pseudotumor and its relationship with multifocal fibrosclerosis, polyarteritis nodosa, and Wegener's granulomatosis are reviewed.
