A detailed description of the authors' method of performing fractional pneumoencephalography. Two hundred and nineteen drawings illustrate radiographic anatomy and pathology, often indicating effectively how the head is to be positioned. There is major emphasis on tumor, but trauma, edema, atrophy, and malformation are included. There is little recent material on hydrocephalus or shunt procedures. The index is adequate. There is no bibliography other than name references. This French text will interest those concerned with fractional pneumoencephalography.
