The classic monograph written by Dr. Grant presenting his spatial vector approach to clinical electrocardiographic interpretation has been little changed in the second edition. The basic theory behind the moving electrical events responsible for the normal and abnormal electrocardiogram are presented lucidly and in detail, with a minimum of words. In the second edition a few new diagrams have been added by Dr. Beckwith for illustrative purposes.
