Internists, cardiologists, generalists, pediatricians, and specialists in aviation, space, military, adolescent, industrial, and sports medicine will find it a useful addition to their libraries.
Although its virtues outweight its faults, it is repetitious, disjointed, and incomplete. Reiteration overexposes the same case material. Six of the chapters have been taken verbatim from medical journals, and, although excellent in themselves, they need editorial comment to weave them into the fabric of the book.
