Papers concerned with the problem of drug abuse in a California community. In an introductory first section the legal, medical, and community aspects of drug abuse are described.
The second section is directed at the approach being taken by the community to meet the problem. Implications for a new approach to education are discussed by various authorities of the community who are involved with the problem.
