A short review of Mendelian theory; cytogenetics; gentically-controlled blood factors; genetic aspects of aging, malignancy, and transplantation; and clinical urologic disorders of genetic origin. The opening sections may be adequate for a quick review, but the sections dealing with the clinical disorders is much too sketchy for the clinician. Glossary and subject index. Not recommended.
