With the number of textbooks in electrocardiography available to the interested reader, one may seriously question the need for new texts on this subject. Dr. Constant's book dispels any doubts, for he has written one of the truly outstanding texts in this field.
His main approach to teaching electrocardiography is based on the frontal and horizontal plane hexaxial systems, an understanding of which is extremely valuable to any electrocardiographer. By using a question-and-answer format throughout and making liberal use of pertinent illustrations, the author, an outstanding teacher, is able to take complex material and make his readers understand it thoroughly,
