Saskatchewan, with health system troubles similar to ours, has recently suffered through a medical care reformation. Since its experience has been considered by many as a harbinger of our own future, comparisons of their new and traditional health care organizations are most welcome. Although this report is flawed in many respects, it is useful in evaluating the impact of some of their recent health care innovations.
