These two magnificent volumes are a reviewer's delight. At a risk of being called unorthodox or unconventional, one might suggest that this radiologic text, which is so encompassing, could provide a physician new to gastroenterology an exciting and refreshing introduction to this important field of internal medicine. Truly, this set is worthy of attention from all facets of the profession, including surgery, medicine, radiology, and pathology, from students to board-certified academicians.
