This series of books, of which this volume is the first of three, will attempt to present the field of oncology divided into three major areas: etiology, biology, and therapy. This first volume deals with chemical and physical carcinogens and includes overview chapters on oncological etiology from the genetic, metabolic, molecular, endocrinologic, radiation, immunologic, and environmental points of view. There are 17 chapters, each offered by a recognized authority in his field, and each concluded by a complete bibliography including titles.
