At long last somebody has written an up-to-date guide for the use of antimicrobials in pediatrics. This pocketbook should replace the bulkier and often outdated textbook reference sources, including those published by the pharmaceutical industry. The busy practitioner, house officer, and medical student seeking rapid and accurate information about antibiotics, antifungals and antiparasitic drugs for the treatment of newborns, infants, and children will benefit most from this book. Most other similar references are either too bulky to carry around or are intended for therapy of adult infectious diseases.
