With the increased interest in the "problem drinker" at work, there has been need of a definitive exploration of programs that have proved successful with the alcoholic on the job. That need is well met in this collection of seven papers that present reasonably unbiased reports of several carefully considered approaches to the problem. The programs are described, and the results are well documented.
