This Book written by a group of 18 separate authors presents a rather superficial overview of the field of vascular surgery. Except for a few isolated chapters, the contents seem to be aimed more at the surgeon with a very casual interest in vascular surgery, rather than a serious practitioner. In general, it offers very little discussion of the varied approaches to the specific problems and, rather, we are presented with one author's point of view.
