"Be prepared" is a slogan that many of us became acquainted with as youngsters. This book, written by a defense lawyer in malpractice suits, attempts to extend that slogan to physicians. The first half is devoted to helping the physician avoid malpractice suits and the other half to winning such suits. Unfortunately, the book is rather verbose and most practicing physicians probably will not want to read it unless they are involved in a malpractice suit.
