Vegetable cells in sputum specimens collected shortly following meals may be confusing. One distinguishing feature is the presence of the cellulose membrane of plant cells which creates a double-walled appearance.
Under the crystal eye, the difference
Between an onion and a man is small:
Around the one's a wall;
The plant's the one on guard.
Without 1200X, reverse is true:
Onions are bare, and flowers;
So is grass.
It's people who have sets of walls.
