The first six chapters review immunosuppressive agents: pharmacologic, radiation, antilymphocyte globulin and thoracic duct drainage, cyclosporin A, the imidazoles, specific suppression. The last four chapters consider applications of immunosuppression in cardiac, marrow, and renal transplantation and in specific medical diseases. American, British, and French authors.
