The increased interest in cancer, particularly as chemotherapeutic agents become more effective, has led to a plethora of textbooks. This text is a comprehensive although occasionally brief synopsis of the current status of treatment of many forms of cancer. The authors are well-known and have published extensively in the field of cancer management.
The first part of the book covers the broad principles of cancer treatment and the second, disease-specific principles.
