To the editor: We read with interest the report by Kozarek and colleagues on the use of the Angelchik antireflux prosthesis in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux (1). Their data in ten patients with a 3-month clinical follow-up were similar to our findings in 26 patients with a 6-month follow-up (SAPALA MA, HURTADO MH, JUNG JY, CASSIN BJ, SAPALA JA.
