Pacemaker clinic system is a data-management program specifically designed for use with artificial pacemakers. The program may be used to store basic patient information as well as detailed information about the particular pacemaker system in a patient, including pacing mode, rate, pulse interval, sensitivity, pulse width, amplitude, refractory period, and hysteresis. A thorough search routine is provided in which up to eight different parameters may be combined in the search strategy facilitating selective, unique search routines in large databases. Standard referral letters, call-back letters, and appointment schedules may also be generated with this system.
