Acute and chronic polyarthritis are well recognized characteristics of sarcoidosis. However, except for the mention of heel pain as a clinical feature in 2 of 45 cases of sarcoid arthritis in one review (1), heel pain has not been reported. We report seven cases of sarcoid-related heel pain as a major characteristic of the disease process.
