Dedicated to the nonspecialist physician and paramedical personnel, this highly illustrated volume mixes medical facts, rehabilitation principles and techniques, and various photographs in a confusing potpourri that likely will be unsatisfactory to any of the special groups that might be interested in it. Its high cost reflects the extensive reproduction of colored plates. The publisher describes it as one in a series of atlases of diagnostic color photos, although its diagnostic qualifications are open to debate.
