To the Editor: Thank you for the complimentary review of my new book (1). The reviewer's sad experience in not being able to boot up the disk that is included as the software package in the book is regrettable; however, the insert that accompanies the disk and is found in the inside pocket of the book states clearly that because of the amount of information contained on the disk, it is necessary to use high-density diskettes that will run only on AT-level machines with high-density drives.
