This paper reviews our experience in the use of arterial and precordial indicator dilution curves inscribed in over 500 cardiac patients. It also presents some of the newer developments in theoretical aspects and experimental studies concerning indicator dilution technic in the diagnosis of various types of cardiovascular lesions.
