In the preparation of this book the author has attempted to present clinical electrocardiography in a graphic manner, and he hopes that the illustrative examples may aid those whose experience in this field is limited. The attempt has been made not only to present typical records of cardiac disorders, but also to present records which exhibit transitional changes. The text of the book is devoted entirely to the reading of the records and their clinical significance. There is no discussion of the technique of electrocardiography, the preparation of records, theory or the many controversial questions. The illustrations have been chosen
