The author of this book has presented a short concise picture of epilepsy including a very short history, discussion of types of attacks, diagnostic procedures including use of electroencephalograms, causes, and prognosis. A short chapter is included on drug and diet treatment including the more recently used medicines. Then most of the book is concerned with the education and facilities available in England for the benefit of these individuals.
