Relatively little has been written in the English literature during the last two decades about any of the physical allergies other than cold allergy. Especially noticeable is the absence of what is spoken of in the French literature as anaphylactic phenomena secondary to effort. It is the purpose of this paper to report such a case. Although it is admittedly an uncommon and not often recognized condition, one should be cognizant of its existence as one of the unusual types of physical allergy.
