There are available ever increasing numbers of texts devoted to electrocardiography. However, few have the same purpose as this one, i.e., "to familiarize the student with the most recent advances in electrocardiography considered to be of the greatest immediate or future significance."
The contributors to this monograph participated in a course given in 1956 by the faculty of the New York College of Medicine, and the New York University Post-Graduate Medical School.
