The proceedings of a conference held in Princeton in 1961 forms the content of a book which will be of interest to investigators working in the fields of arthritis and experimental morphology. Many well-known investigators participated, and some of the sections are outstanding. These include the histochemistry of connective tissue stressing the oxidative enzymes, the biochemistry of the mucopolysaccharides, and "information from connective tissue culture."
