General Principles of Blood Transfusion was prepared by the Subcommittee on Transfusion Problems, Division of Medical Sciences, National Academy of Sciences, National Research Council under the editorship of Drs. Strumia, Crosby, Gibson, Greenwalt, and Krevans with a list of contributors intimately associated with the problems of blood transfusion.
