The syndrome of organic hypoglycemia is sufficiently infrequent in its occurrence, varied in etiology, arresting in its manifestations, and at times dramatic in response to treatment as to have received considerable attention in the medical press. The case reported here is believed to be worthy of presentation because of its unusual features.
