An international symposium on the "Use of Anticoagulant Therapy in Ischemic Heart Disease" was held in Miami Beach in January, 1964. The papers presented, with subsequent discussions, comprise this interesting book. For over 20 years anticoagulant therapy has been available for use in ischemic heart disease, yet there still exists a difference of opinion concerning its use.
